The focus of the new role is to increase the activity of the credit team across all operational areas, ensuring compliance, and managing risk.
Before joining Mortgages plc Covell was Underwriting Manager at PSA Finance, the UK lending arm of Peugeot-Citroen. Before that he worked for Lloyds Bowmaker (now Lloyds UDT) in a variety of new business and underwriting focused roles.
