Tim joins Trevor Pothecary, group chief executive, Paul Thomas, chief operating officer, Peter Beaumont, sales & marketing director and Dereck Wilson, finance director, on the executive board of the company.
Tim joins Mortgages plc from Kensington Mortgage Company, where he was head of structured finance since 1997. Tim was responsible for arranging long term financing for the company via mortgage backed securitisations and was also responsible for managing the company's businesses relationships with investment banks, rating agencies, lawyers and accountants, as well as the finance department.
