The new system has been specifically designed for Mortgage & Protection Networks and compliance monitoring firms to manage and monitor their ARs and Brokers. The ComplianceStream system is built to run either on an organisations own central server, or can be hosted elsewhere to receive real time document and data feed from any number of remote working brokers from their own local copy of MortgageStream back office software. ComplianceStream has been specifically designed to give the Network access to advanced lead source management, sales, compliance and TCF reporting plus complaints handling. This is in addition to the now essential FSA hot buttons of “lending into retirement”, “loans without repayment vehicle” as well as a host of other FSA critical TCF “steps and checks”.
Paul Holden, Sales Director at MortgageStream commented, “We have been developing and testing the new software for the last 12 months and now that it is ready we are very pleased with the result. We have first hand experience of Compliance Officers driving up and down the UK’s motorways to carry out detailed file checking. With the new system, Networks and Compliance Firms can stop going to the files and have the files come to them. Organisations can now have total visibility of all data, documents, working notes, file histories as well as a plethora of sales and compliance reporting functions and management information regardless of where their ARs or Broker customers are located.
“The networks that have looked the system so far have told us that they have never had so much access to what the broker has actually been doing. Uniquely the system allows the Network to see what has happened before, during and after the sale has taken place.
