The firm has added the module to help brokers get ready for 31 March deadline, with the system offered free until the deadline is reached.
The module comes with TCF software training, including Continuing Professional Development certification, and is suitable for small and large businesses.
The MortgageStream system also offers a back office solution for procedures regarding fees and communication.
Alan Creswell, from Creswells Mortgages Ltd, was one of the brokers who contributed to the testing and development of the TCF module.
He said: “I was lucky enough to be asked to contribute to the development of the product. The pilot scheme showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that MortgageStream is completely focused on understanding the needs of brokers.
“The TCF module is a simple and practical way to address the principles as defined by the FSA without becoming a burden on our business practices and sales efforts.
"Knowing that I have a system in place prior to the FSA deadline of the end of March gives me tremendous peace of mind.”
Paul Holden, sales director for MortgageStream, commented: “Feedback from intermediaries is crucial in ensuring that the software we develop is completely focused on the needs of our customers.
"It is our hope that the demonstration on the CD and free trial of the software will allow brokers a deeper understanding of how technology can provide simple and practical support for TCF.”
Mike Pendergast, IFA at Zen Financial Services, said: “I use a similar system on Trigold that allows you to keep all of your documents in one place and keeps track of your business for you.
"If you are just doing mortgage advice then this would be useful as it would give you a prompt when things need to be done and keep you compliant as the deadline for TCF approaches.”
