Network's advisers gain access to the lender's prime residential range
MPowered Mortgages has announced a partnership with PRIMIS Mortgage Network, allowing the latter’s advisers access to its full range of residential mortgage products for prime borrowers.
The fintech mortgage lender’s prime residential products include two-, three-, five-, seven- and 10-year fixed rate mortgages, which boast recently reduced rates starting from 5.09%. The range also includes its 85% LTV mortgage range, launched last month.
Borrowers will also benefit from a free valuation on every application and a choice of no arrangement fee options. All remortgage applications benefit from a £500 cashback.
PRIMIS Mortgage Network offers a comprehensive panel of mortgage lenders, as well as protection and general insurance providers. The network provides mortgage and protection advisers with extensive support, including training, events, business development, regulatory guidance, technology, and a broad product panel.
