BSO Mortgage Shop, based in Wimborne and who also operate as a Nationwide Building Society agency, have started a Century 21 franchise, and have enlisted 4 associates to operate as estate agents through the Mortgage Times Group partnership.
A similar deal has gone through with Westcliff Financial Services, based in Westcliff-On-Sea and who operate as a Halifax agency.
Simply Clear are currently mortgage consultants based in South London who undertook a Century 21 franchise as an avenue for growth to operate as an estate agency in Clapham.
New Address is a mortgage brokerage based in Eastleigh and currently operates from office premises. They have chosen Century 21 as their route into shop front premises to grow their business and secure lead generation whilst operating as an estate agent.
MTG signed an exclusive deal with Century 21 in April to complete all of the company’s financial service applications in the UK.
The partnership allows MTG the facility to offer its distribution channel the opportunity to either be placed into a Century 21 United Kingdom office, or have business introduced by an estate agent representative. Century 21 also have the option of recruiting their own broker who will integrate into the MTG network.
