My Home Move has won the Supplier of the Year: Professional Support award at the Negotiator Awards 2018 for the second year running.
The ceremony, which was held on Friday 30 November at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, recognised the very best companies from across the residential property sector, for delivering exceptional customer service to home movers and business-to-business clients alike.
Doug Crawford, chief executive officer at My Home Move, said: “We’re delighted to have won at the Negotiator Awards for the second year in a row, especially as it was in recognition of services we provide to our introducers.
"We are constantly finding new ways to deliver our service to our industry partners and their clients, investing heavily in technology and customer service to bring them a great conveyancing experience.
“With the launch of our Introducer eWay portal this year, as well as exploration of Artificial Intelligence, we’re making our conveyancing service quicker and more secure for our industry partners and their clients, and will continue to invest in technology to push the boundaries of what is possible in conveyancing.”
This award takes My Home Move’s 2018 total to seven, including wins at the HR Excellence Awards, Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, Law Firm Services Awards and British Legal Technology Awards.
Crawford said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication during 2018.
"It is because of them that My Home Move receives national and industry recognition every year, and I know that 2019 will be no exception."
