Speaking at the NACFB Expo in Birmingham Grimshaw also said that it’s essential that the association raises its profile so as to be in a position to take advantage of the current circumstances.
Grimshaw said: “The next three to five years are the most important that the industry will see.
“It is a question of being bold and taking advantage of the conditions we face.”
Grimshaw also said that the association is working on raising awareness of its work outside the sector.
Grimshaw’s sentiments were echoed by NACFB chief executive Adam Tyler.
Tyler said: “We are on the cusp of something great.Something big. I’m not sure what to call it at the moment. But it really is going to be great.”
