- 10 year fixed rate available from 5.09% (previous rate 5.19%)
All Nationwide’s new competitive fixed rate and tracker mortgages allow borrowers the additional flexibility to overpay or underpay during the deal period and are available to all borrowers. Nationwide will withdraw its current range of fixed rate mortgage products from close of business on 21 April.
