Norgate comes from the retail business side of NatWest where he was an area mortgage manager, while previously he worked at RBS as a business development manager.
Woodward, who holds more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, has had business development manager and corporate manager roles with lenders including ING, Lloyds, Platform, BM Solutions, Portman and Britannia, while he joins from Furness Building Society.
Littleford spent the last nine years in NatWest’s mortgage business in a variety of roles, while for the last 18 months she worked in the business development manager support team.

Norgate will work with a panel of brokers around Warrington, Chester, North Wales, Bradford and Halifax; Littleford will focus on Coventry, Nottingham and Leicester; Woodward will cover Bristol and Gloucester.
