The new recruits are Phillipa Healey, who was most recently at Halifax, Kerry Wright, who was a mortgage adviser at Norwich and Peterborough, and Lorraine Howard, who joins from NatWest’s retail arm where she was an adviser.
Mark Bullard, head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “I am really pleased to start, what is promising to be, a very busy 2015 with the appointments of more talented individuals to work with the nation’s mortgage brokers.
“Our BDMs have a long-held reputation for being dedicated to the cause, proactive and knowledgeable and it’s these qualities that Phillipa, Lorraine and Kerry possess. We know from the feedback we get from brokers just how much they value a good BDM.
“This further bolstering of our BDM support underlines our commitment to the intermediary market; in fact we have increased the number of BDMs we employ by 30% in the last 12 months.”
Healey has 23 years’ financial services experience, having managed a regional team of M&S Bank in her career.
Before working in banking Howard spent 18 years in the food and beverage industry managing restaurants in the East of England.
