New products are a 2-year fix at 2.75% with a £1,995 fee or 3.58% with no fee and a 3-year fix at 3.22% with a £1,995 fee or 4.19% with no fee.
The lender also offers a 70% LTV 5-year fix at 3.85% with a £1,995 product fee or at 4.44% with no fee.
Paul Kane, acting head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions said: “We have had a sustained focus on growing our presence in the buy-to-let sector and I would expect that these rate changes and the introduction of the new 70% LTV deals will further enhance our proposition for mortgage advisers.”
In terms of rate reductions NatWest’s fee free 2-year fixes have been reduced to 3.08% to 60% LTV and 3.75% to 75% LTV, while the £1,995 fee equivalents stand at 2.24% and 2.79%.
Other slashed fee free products include 3-year fixes, which now stand at 3.64% to 60% LTV and 4.45% to 75% LTV. The lender’s 60% LTV 5-year fix is now 3.88%.
With 2-year trackers products stand at 2.49% with a £1,995 fee and 3.45% with no fee, while its 60% LTV 2-year tracker with no fee stands at 2.78%.
The lender also cut residential 5-year fixes, as products stand at 2.19% to 60% LTV and 2.58% to 70% LTV, both with a £995 fee.
