NCI provides field services to banks, building societies, lending institutions and solicitors across the UK and Ireland.
The arrears management system acts as a central hub connecting lenders with a variety of suppliers used within the arrears management process including asset managers, solicitors and field agent firms.
Dave Brewster, senior manager at NCI, said: “Connecting to the arrears management system will enable us to receive instructions electronically from lenders and distribute work to our extensive network of field agents in an even more timely and efficient manner.
“Our network which is one of the largest in the UK will also be able to return reports via AMS ensuring speed and accuracy.
“We are very pleased to be connected to the arrears management system as this single integration means that any lenders on AMS can use it to pass work to us.”
Paul Duckworth, director at The Charlbury Group, added: “NCI provide a host of specialist field services for lenders and are renowned for their quality and reliability.
“A significant element of their exceptional service is the efficient flow of data throughout their process and we are very pleased that the AMS will assist them in receiving and returning data with lenders even more efficiently.”
