The new service is further demonstration of the strength of the relationship between both organisations.
Under the arrangement, GMAC-RFC provides systems and on-site underwriting staff enabling the entire process to be controlled and handled in-house at Network Data’s offices - these include underwriting decisions and issuing the mortgage offer.
In addition Network Data has assigned a dedicated team for all GMAC-RFC business, whose aim is to ensure that applications are processed with minimum delay and to the highest quality.
Terry Young, Head of Operations at Network Data comments:
