This service is very similar to that provided to Network Data Ltd by GMAC RFC, with the only difference being all post offer matters will continue to be dealt with at Preferred’s Head Office.
Commenting of this new service, Terry Young, Head of Operations for Network Data said,
“Most Members will have experienced service issues from lenders last year and we understand the frustration and delays this can cause. These times are also particularly difficult for us where we are packaging business on behalf of our Members and clearly want to provide a high level of service. We therefore want to take far greater control over our own processing of packaged business and these arrangements provide the means of achieving this.
We are in advanced discussions with a number of other market leading specialist lenders to increase the number of these arrangements and will provide further information in the very near future.”
