- Interest calculated monthly
Annual Interest
- 4.94% for 2 years, then BOE Base Rate +1% for term
- Interested calculated annually
Both options offer the following features:
- No early redemption charge at any time
- Refund of basic mortgage valuation fee
- £250 Cashback or choose from free legals for remortgages
Network Data Ltd will pay an enhanced procuration fee of 0.30% for all applications received that subsequently complete.
