Advanced negotiations are underway with an additional 100 companies and individuals who have expressed
strong interest in the networkone proposition.
“We’re delighted by the impact we have had on those organisations and individuals who are eager to assume AR
status,” commented networkone head Terry Markham. “Our goal was to establish a core membership quickly. But
the interest that has been generated in our offering has caught us by surprise. The phones haven’t stopped ringing for
weeks.”
networkone unveiled its formal network proposition at Mortgage Expo in November 2003. The proposition to
members is risk-free and multi-dimensional. It includes:
- FREE MEMBERSHIP – providing members hit predetermined targets in relation to the number of mortgage cases
completed.
- FREE PI COVER – which is offered to every networkone member regardless of what membership criteria they
are asked to meet.
- ONGOING COMPLIANCE SUPPORT – courtesy of networkone’s dedicated team of compliance experts.
- FREE COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE – every member will receive a new computer, which comes preinstalled with networkone’s Trigold-based revolution mortgage-sourcing software.
- REGULAR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY – delivered by our business development team, which enables every member to build their business at a local, regional and national level with proactive networkone support.
“We think it’s really important that intermediaries make an informed choice when it comes to selecting the network they will
form a partnership with in the long-term,” added Terry Markham.
“Bearing this in mind, we think it is a mistake to levy large fees on ARs. We prefer to look at innovative ways of income
generation. That’s why we are not charging a membership fee.
“The onus has to be on every would-be network to add value to the AR community on a long-term basis. We believe our
proposition does this and will be of huge appeal as more intermediaries start seeking the right network partner.”
