It will introduce a range of exclusive limited products
A new real estate debt advisory firm, Karis Capital, has been launched to offer nationwide counsel on debt and equity, including development funding, short-term lending, investment finance, commercial mortgages, high net worth mortgages, asset finance, and commercial insurance.
Karis aims to deliver a bespoke value proposition, working as a strategic partner for developers and investors alike. The firm said it could fill a unique role as an external financial director for its clients, not only facilitating finance, but also providing a blueprint to guide them through the increasingly complex real estate financing landscape.
As part of its launch, Karis will be unveiling a range of exclusive limited products developed in collaboration with key lenders. It will also offer complimentary financial strategy reviews for developers and investors.
The new London-based firm is being led by chief executive Nicholas Christofi (pictured), a structured finance expert who recently left Sirius Property Finance following the Brightstar Group’s reacquisition of his shareholding in the business, and co-founder Demetrios Antoniou, a property investor and entrepreneur with a background in investment banking.
“We are thrilled to bring Karis Capital to the real estate community,” Christofi said. “Our goal is to redefine the way developers and investors approach financing. We are not just offering solutions; we are building enduring partnerships that fuel success.”
