Dawn Paget joins TFC as its Operations Manager with immediate effect.
Her responsibilities will include running the day-to-day affairs of the business, creating a series of initiatives designed to improve internal efficiencies and controls - and devising a series of specific training programmes that are tailored to the needs of all members of staff.
Over the next 12 months, Paget will also be working with TFC’s key mortgage intermediary accounts. Her remit will be to find ways to enable them to improve efficiencies within their businesses and build on their core competencies.
“I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to work in such a dynamic organisation as The Finance Centre,” commented Paget. “The company has got a great track record in the specialist mortgage industry. It’s going to be a hard task, but my goal is to raise these standards even further.”
Prior to joining TFC, Dawn managed a major recruitment and HR consultancy in the North West. Meanwhile, over the next few months TFC will be strengthening its senior management team further. The company is currently searching for an IT manager whose remit will also have an internal and external focus.
