Reporting to Richard Spinks, director of product & credit development, Max has responsibility for developing and maintaining the company’s lending and compliance policies.
Max is also responsible for managing Wave’s credit strategy and acts as relationship manager with third party administration providers. Reporting to him are the credit and compliance teams which comprises of a head of compliance, head of credit and a credit risk manager.
Max joins Wave from Alliance & Leicester, where he spent over 7 years in various roles, the most recent of which was senior risk manager.
