Keith Denton has special responsibility for the company’s franchise and licence network. Keith reports to Frank Thurlby, Head of Compliance.
Keith has worked for Genesis for 5 years as an Underwriting Manager. Prior to joining the company he was a mortgage adviser and also worked with a packaging firm.

He has a detailed knowledge of the way in which our franchisees and licensees businesses work, which makes him ideally qualified for this new role. Darren Johncock has been appointed by Genesis as a Business Development Manager, responsible for broker relationships within the South of England.
Darren is responsible for managing and developing new relationships with mortgage intermediaries who are based south of the M25/M4. Prior to joining Genesis, Darren spent over five years working as an adviser for Bradford and Bingley and Lloyds TSB.
