Following the recent increase in the Bank of England base rate, UCB Home Loans will increase its FlexiPlus, Self-Certification and Investment Flexible variable rates by 0.25%. In addition, all tracker rates will also rise by 0.25%. These changes take effect from 1 December 2003.
