The new legal channel is a free upgrade included in the £23 per month subscription charge.
Simon Nixon, chief executive of Mortgage 2000, said: "It is our strategy to launch innovative new channels that provide both great content and generate additional revenue for intermediaries. The tenancy agreement for instance will be useful for those intermediaries who specialise in buy-to-let mortgages, while the co-habitation agreement is a reasonable safety precaution for those couples who want to formalise their relationships without a marriage certificate! Intermediaries are looking for new revenue opportunities to replace income lost from endowments and stakeholder, offering a legal service will help to offset some of the loss and equip them to offer a more holistic service to their clients."
