Spencer joins Connells from Countrywide’s asset management subsidiary where he was also managing director, bringing with him over 30 years of residential property and asset management experience.
He said: “I am really excited to be joining Connells and working with its strong management team some of whom I have worked with before to enhance the service proposition and grow the business.”
Spencer is acknowledge as an industry expert in service delivery, sales performance and introducing fresh initiatives and will be responsible for all aspects of CAM’s operations with particular focus on delivering first class customer service and growing the business.
Connells Group chief executive David Livesey said: “Mike has been a leading senior figure on the asset management stage since the industry’s conception so we are particularly delighted that he will be joining us to play a key role in CAM’s ongoing development.”
