The event is designed for marketing professionals across the industry
Specialist lender Pepper Money has partnered with the Mortgage Marketing Forum to launch a new networking initiative, the Mortgage Marketing Mingle.
Designed specifically for marketing professionals across the mortgage industry, the Mortgage Marketing Mingle aims to facilitate connections among marketers from lenders, brokers, distributors, conveyancers, and technology firms. The events will offer an informal setting for participants to network and build industry relationships.
The Mingle is exclusive to individuals whose primary role is in marketing, regardless of their seniority or the type of company they work for. Events will be held in various cities across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
The first Mingle is scheduled at 4pm of September 12, beginning with a walk from Waterloo, along the Thames, and ending in Liverpool Street. Further details can be found on the Mortgage Marketing Forum’s website.
Phil Green (pictured left), marketing director at Pepper Money, emphasised the importance of staying connected in today’s market.
“In this busy market, where many marketers are in small teams and often working from home, it is important that people stay connected to one another and build strong relationships with their peers,” he said. “With mental health being talked about so often, this simple solution will help.”
Jeff Knight of the Mortgage Marketing Forum highlighted the Mingle as a natural extension of what they have been doing.
“The Mortgage Marketing Forum already brings people together in a more formal setting where they can learn and share ideas. This seemed a perfect extension to allow more marketers to connect more often and across different parts of the UK,” Knight said.
