SHP will give buyers the opportunity to participate in a simple, quick and cost-effective part exchange at an agreed fixed fee paid for by the developer that includes fees for estate agent services (for property valuation), solicitors, HIP pack, survey, insurance and interest costs.
The scheme allows any home buyer that is looking at a new build property from an approved property developer to:
