Set to feature at the London Expo for the first time on 14 and 15 November, the Pavilion will offer delegates the opportunity to learn about the expanding property investment and Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) market.
The Property Investment and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Pavilion in association with REITA will provide advisers with a comprehensive information on the commercial property sector and REITS, the new property investment vehicle launched in the UK on 1 January 2007.
The Pavilion will also provide a dedicated seminar programme delivered by industry experts on property investment and REITs. The programme will cover topics such as appropriate levels of exposure, direct or indirect investment strategies, suitable investment vehicles and the pros and cons of investing in residential and commercial property.
Daniel Nwaokolo, Mortgage Business Expo London show director, said:
“We are delighted to announce that the Property Investment and REITs Pavilion will feature at Mortgage Business Expo London in November for the very first time.
“In the last IFA research commissioned by REITA.org, 34% of IFAs stated they were unsure if they were able to advise on REITS. The Property Investment and REITs Pavilion at Mortgage Business Expo London has been created to provide advisers and intermediaries with the necessary information, the contacts and the knowledge to ensure they can successfully advise their clients on property investments.”
This year’s Mortgage Business Expo London show will also include seminar theatres with programmes arranged by the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML). Delegates will also be able to take advantage of the Equity Release Pavilion, the International Property Investment Pavilion and the Secured Loans Seminar Theatre, in association with the Association of Finance Brokers (AFB).
The Mortgage Business Expo Manchester and London, and the Financial Services Scotland shows have become established and vital events for intermediaries and independent financial advisers putting them in direct contact with lenders, product providers and investment companies.
