Mousemortgages.co.uk will give mortgage introducers a full-page presence with an email enquiry form and a direct link to its website for £300 plus VAT.
Julia Lindsay, marketing director at Mousemortgages.co.uk, said: “There is
no definitive directory of MCCB registered mortgage brokers at present for
people actively seeking a mortgage. Mousemortgages has been created to fulfil that need. The concept has been designed to allow the mortgage seeker access to MCCB registered members.”
The website will be navigable from the main menu so that each broker can be
viewed within three clicks of the mouse and return to the main menu in one click.
The initial first stage is the pre-launch site that has been designed to be informative to introducers wishing to register. The second stage of the site will be the development of a searchable database allowing users to access information about mortgages and introducers. Users can access information about mortgages and companies alphabetically, regionally or by product or service.
Key benefits of the service to brokers will include: an SQL server which will provide strong online security options, the use of ASP pages to ensure information can be updated in an easy and accessible manner, and search engine profiling that will ensure the site is promoted on major search engines.
