Reporting to Martyn Bell – head of mortgage products for residential lending, Keith has responsibility for researching, identifying and developing new mortgage related product opportunities for the Society.
His remit not only includes new products but also retention initiatives developed by the West Brom. Keith joins the Society from HBOS, where he was a product manager for Bank of Scotland.
Bell said: “In today’s highly competitive mortgage market the product management role is obviously critically important. I would like to welcome Keith to the West Brom and wish him every success for the future.”
