Newcastle Intermediaries has integrated its affordability criteria with the Twenty7Tec SOURCE module, which displays product, criteria and lender affordability information to help advisers determine the most appropriate recommendation for their customer.
“We’re making a significant investment into our digital capability, and this further integration with Twenty7Tec is another way we’re transforming our mortgage process to make business even easier for brokers,” Franco Di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said.

“Adding affordability to Twenty7Tec’s platform will help us be even more accessible and deliver significant efficiencies while adding speed and certainty to the early stage of the process,” Di Pietro said.
“Being able to assess all three areas of eligibility is an essential part of the advice process, which can often prove to be time consuming and inefficient for advisers,” Nathan Reilly, director of lender relationships at Twenty7Tec, said.
“Through SOURCE and the integration of Newcastle Intermediaries affordability data, users will now be able to complete a combined product, criteria and affordability source that presents a single set of results, which in turn simplifies and consolidates the research process.”
