The relationship between the two firms enables NGM and its network arm for appointed representatives, networkone, to benefit immediately from the technology behind the Dashboard Software system.
With immediate effect, NGM's intermediary partners will be able to access a real time, web-based case tracking system, which will enable them to review the progress of a client's case 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Because the system is available via the worldwide web, users are also able to access information from anywhere, at any time.
Partners can also input data and amend case records remotely, thus ensuring that NGM underwriters and processing staff are dealing with accurate case information.
Dashboard can be used to deliver up-to-date management information in relation to levels of pipeline business and commissions and fees due from NGM.
Looking to the future, NGM and the Dashboard Software team are to work on a joint venture project that delivers a wide range of exclusive residential mortgage, secured loan and commercial finance products to NGM and networkone's base of introducer and appointed representative partners.
Known as Xpedite, the project is currently at an advanced stage of development and is scheduled to go live in early November. Several leading lenders have already confirmed support for the project.
Tony Yorke, NGM's director of marketing and business development, said: "Dashboard is an excellent online tool for our ARs and wider intermediary partners and will make a huge difference to the way in which they manage information and work.
"Going forward, our joint venture with Dashboard Software and the Nereus Infotek management team has huge potential. It will give the specialist adviser what they are desperate for - highly competitive products that attract market-leading rates of interest and have a host of additional client-friendly features such as discount periods, cashback facilities, and payment holidays."
