Ahead of schedule, NGM has decided to unveil its Introducer AR proposition for those intermediaries seeking to become lead generators for mortgage business. A key element of an introducer’s relationship with NGM is that they will not play any role whatsoever in giving advice to clients.
The overall NGM offering is one of the strongest to be unveiled in the market to-date and features:
n Fee-free membership: providing an introducer AR is able to submit a minimum of two specialist mortgage cases to NGM every calendar month they will incur no membership fees.
n Market-leading commissions on mortgages and general insurance: all introducer AR partners will receive generous rates of commission on all mortgage, life and general insurance business they introduce to NGM.
n Free use of Profile: Introducer ARs will be able to use NGM’s popular in-house marketing, advertising and public relations service to ensure they enhance their reputations and brand awareness at a local and regional level.
n Access to NGM’s stable of commercial and secured loan products: while regulation prohibits Introducer ARs from giving advice to the public in relation to mortgages, they will be able to sell commercial mortgages and secured loans to clients. With this in mind, NGM’s product portfolios will be made available to all Introducer AR partners from 1 November 2004.
n Support programme for introducers wishing to become Appointed Representatives: Many Introducer ARs may wish to become Appointed Representatives in the fullness of time. NGM will assist those introducers who wish to make this transition so that they are able to join sister organisation networkone, and benefit from the support services of our dedicated network.
In addition, NGM will be offering basic services such as full telephone support to clients of introducer ARs and the use of experienced CeMAP qualified advisers on all mortgage cases. Introducer ARs will also have the ability to introduce business to NGM online or by telephone.
“We’re delighted to be able to offer such an extensive range of services to those people who want to assume Introducer AR status,” commented Tony Yorke, NGM’s director of marketing and business development. “There is going to be a real demand for these services in the very near future and we believe our offering has the potential to give real added value to the intermediary community.”
NGM’s Introducer AR campaign builds on the success of the company’s satellite packager recruitment campaign, which attracted interest in the NGM proposition from over 40 ambitious small packaging companies.
