Nationwide updates fast track rules
Nationwide has made a series of improvements to its fast track rules. As part of the enhancements, all applications for loans under 50 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) are guaranteed to be fast tracked if they pass Nationwide credit scores. For loans between 50 per cent and 95 per cent LTV, applications can be fast- tracked if the new mortgage loan size is less than 150 per cent of the applicant’s current mortgage. Its fast track applies to mortgages up to £500,000.
