The new publication supersedes the NLA Newsletter, which provided information and advice to NLA members.
Commending the new journal to NLA members, NLA Chairman David Salusbury said, “We hope that our members will find this an exciting new development. UK Landlord will combine all the usual information and practical tips that are useful and of value to landlords with an up to date summary of what we are doing as an organisation to represent and uphold the interests of the private rented sector. There will also be the usual range of in-depth articles on issues of current interest. This is a publication we also see developing into a source of important information for a wider audience that takes an interest in our sector and influences decisions affecting every landlord in the country ”.
Andy Stern, editor of UK Landlord, and a landlord himself, added,” It has been a challenge to take on the task of editing UK Landlord because of the high quality and reputation of the NLA Newsletter. I believe that we have produced a publication that will be an asset to the NLA and its members, and to landlords everywhere, as well as to other individuals and organisations with an interest in the private rented sector”.
