Both companies are focused on the financial services market with Crescent offering targeted resourcing, staff development and employee engagement services, and Nm² providing a professional compliance and training consultancy service for investment, mortgages and general insurance firms.
The joining of the two companies will herald the launch of a new proposition aimed at bringing new blood into the industry and improving the skills of existing advisers.
Mike While, managing director of Nm² Ltd, commented: “We are delighted to be able to announce the merger of Nm² Ltd with Crescent Human Resources. This marks the coming together of two specialist firms in their field to form one unique offering for financial services companies covering all their recruitment, training, compliance and development needs.
“In addition, together we have developed a unique proposition for the financial services market, taking new advisers through the whole process of recruitment, qualifications and a higher level of ongoing competence. We are excited about launching to market and believe it will add to the quality and improved professionalism of intermediary firm’s advisers.”
Kevin Gould, director of Crescent Human Resources, said: “Our match-up with Nm² Ltd marks a new stage in both firm’s development and delivers a new company which will enjoy the benefits of each individual firm’s expertise. We are looking forward to the years ahead and building a significant company in our sector.
“We are about to launch a significant proposition for the mortgage intermediary and adviser market which will take the stress out of recruiting new advisers whilst delivering highly qualified and professionally developed advisers. The proposition will also allow firms to develop their existing advisers alongside their own in-house T&C scheme, whilst ensuring they are able to meet regulatory standards and achieving a much higher level of competence.”
