Martin Roland will assume the role of chairman.
Geoff Wicks, non-executive chairman at ULS, is stepping down with immediate effect.
Martin Roland who is currently a non-executive director of the company will assume the role of chairman.
Roland joined the board of ULS in November 2018, prior to which he spent 10 years in a variety of investment roles.
Wicks said: “ULS has come a very long way in the time that I have been chairman.
"It is the correct time for me to step down to make sure that we have a board structure in place to see the investment in DigitalMove through to its full potential.
"I leave the business in good hands and wish the team the very best for the future.”
