Rates on all Flexible Fixed and Trackers now start at 5.19% up to 85% LTV and 5.39% up to 95% LTV. The Connections offset mortgage, which has a Tracker rate for life and no early repayment charge, also starts at 5.19%.
The together range, which allows borrowing of up to 125% LTV (max 95% secured) has been refreshed. Variable and fixed rates are reduced to 6.19%.
Income multiples for joint applicants with high or medium credit scores have been increased.
All of the above products are available with Help with Costs, which has been increased from £750 to £1,000. The new range is available from Thursday 31 March.
