All of the deals are available to both purchase and remortgage customers. The two 70% LTV, 2-year products are available at fixed rates of 2.89% and 3.05% with a product fee of £995 or £1,595 respectively.
A 2-year 3.34% fixed rate deal with no product fee is available at up to 70% LTV.
