Everyday 2-year fixed rates at 70% LTV will now start from 3.29% with a £995 product fee. Everyday 2-year trackers at 70% LTV will now start at 2.59% with a £995 product fee for purchase clients. Everyday 2-year trackers at 70% will now be 2.75% with a £995 product fee for remortgage clients. And everyday 2-year trackers at 75% LTV will start from 2.84% with a £995 product fee for both purchase and remortgage clients.
Product features including early repayment charges and product end dates will remain unchanged.
Northern Rock said: “Although these changes see rates increasing slightly, our products are still amongst the most competitive in the market. We believe that our range of deals, combined with our great product features and commitment to the mortgage market offers [brokers] the chance to provide the best mortgage options to their clients.”
