Two and three year deals (with no extended early repayment charge) are now available at 4.79% up to 85% LTV or 5.09% up to 95% LTV. 5, 7, 10 and 15 year rates start at 4.99%.
Stepped Flexible Fixed rates have also been reduced and now start at 3.79%.
The Lifetime range has also been refreshed with rates on the Lump Sum and Cash Plus Fixed products lowered to 6.19%. The Protected Equity Lifetime Mortgage fixed rate has been reduced to 6.49%.
