The main changes include: -
- 2 year Flexible Fixed rates now start at 4.45% with a £695 Arrangement Fee or 4.85% without an Arrangement Fee
- 3 year Flexible Fixed rates now start at 4.69% with a £695 Arrangement Fee or 5.09% without an Arrangement Fee
- 5, 7, 10 and 15 year Flexible Fixed rates now start at 4.99% with a £695 Arrangement Fee or 5.39% without an Arrangement Fee
- 2 year Stepped Flexible Fixed rates now start at 3.45% with a £695 Arrangement Fee or 3.85% without an Arrangement Fee
All of the products offer daily interest, the ability to overpay down to £1, underpayments, borrow-back, free legal fees for remortgages and a £1,000 Help with Costs option.
The new rates are available from Friday 6 January.
