A total of 11 staff members at Norton Finance have reached 20-plus years with the business in 2021, including one 30-year anniversary.
A total of 11 staff members at Norton Finance have reached celebrate 20-plus years with the business in 2021.
Nine staff members celebrate their 20-year anniversaries this year, whilst two also celebrate 25 and 30 years.
Today, the family of colleagues sits at 150 and is still growing.
Paul Stringer, director of the Norton Finance Group, said: “We are incredibly proud to have such an amazing team here at Norton, and especially proud to have such hard-working and dedicated staff that have stayed with us for the past 20 years.
“Those colleagues have achieved so much success in their time here and act as a huge inspiration to our newer recruits, we must recognise them.”
