The 5-year fix previously priced at 4.98% is now offered at 4.84% and the 5.18% fixed rate is now offered at 5.04%.
There is a £199 arrangement fee added to the loan and there are flexible features available. Both mortgages are portable during the fixed-rate period if the customer wishes to move home. The redemption charges are 5% of the current balance in the first three years, 4% in year four and 3% in the fifth year.
