Cheval, which has rebranded with an underlying message of “stress free bridging”, has totally redesigned its website in response to market research among brokers.
The new site boasts features such as easy to use registration, on line DIP requests, on line KFI production and a ‘call me back’ feature allowing brokers to schedule a call back at a specific time. Along with a comprehensive FAQ section, specific intermediary case studies and a forms library, the new website is designed to offer brokers everything they will need to do business.
Paul Rumbold, sales and operations director, at Cheval said: “I was never in any doubt, but the Expo confirmed that brokers have a large appetite for finding out more about bridging finance, and how it can help their clients. Of particular interest were the features on our new website, which are designed to help brokers to do business with us. On a lighter note, as part of promoting stress free bridging finance with Cheval, we were giving away personal massagers and thought we had run out. In fact we discovered after the Expo that we had a couple of spare boxes.
