Mutual announces partnership with mortgage network
Nottingham Building Society has forged a strategic partnership with mortgage network TMG Direct, providing intermediaries within the network access to a suite of lending products designed to cater to diverse borrower needs.
The mutual said the collaboration marked a milestone in its ongoing mission to empower intermediaries, integrating TMG Direct in its mortgage distribution panel.
It added that TMG, which has 125 mortgage advisors across its network, by launching The TMG Club for members’ benefits, had shown its dedication to fostering relationships and pioneering solutions – aligning seamlessly with the building society’s own values.
The Nottingham recently made criteria changes, enabling the ability to lock in products at the decision in principle (DIP) stage, creating a smoother, more efficient process for brokers.
“We are thrilled to join forces with The Nottingham, a name associated with trust and innovation,” commented Scott Thorpe, chief executive at TMG Direct. “This collaboration will undoubtedly provide intermediaries within our network with unmatched opportunities to excel and thrive.”
Matt Kingston (pictured), national sales manager at Nottingham Building Society, also shared his enthusiasm for the partnership.
“Scott and the whole team at TMG are brilliant people to work with,” Kingston said. “We are all so pleased to join their network panel of lenders.
“We are working hard at The Nottingham to create new and niche lending options for advisers to be able to help more customers, and I look forward to sharing these ideas with TMG and their firms.”
