The deal will see Intellicalc, the estate agency lead generation software, and Apptrack, the bespoke lead and mortgage application tracking system, promoted to Openwork’s 1600 brokers.
As a result OCC Finance expects to have at least 200 new users on board by the end of 2011.
Intellicalc is a widget that appears on an estate agent’s website allowing buyers to see which properties on that agent’s books they can actually afford. This builds buyer confidence, increases agency sales levels and efficiency whilst generating leads for mortgage brokers.
Ollie Chapple, partner at OCC, said, “The Intellicalc and Apptrack have proven business generation capabilities even in the challenging conditions of the current mortgage market.
“Participating advisers get the benefits of a great sales tool and USP for their business, and there are significant benefits for estate agents that adopt it too. We are delighted our software will be available to all Openwork’s mortgage advisers and expect to achieve substantial growth this year.”
The system was initially piloted in November 2009 with Capricorn Financial. In less than 18 months, utilising these systems as its main USP, Capricorn has grown to be the largest mortgage brokerage in the Openwork network, working alongside over 65 estate agents, predominantly in the West London area. Two more Openwork practices, Highhouse Finance and Compass PF, adopted the system in early 2011 and have achieved similar results.
Conor Murphy, director at Capricorn Financial, commented, “This system has been really beneficial to Capricorn. It works brilliantly and has proven revenue generating capabilities, even in the current market place. It has given us a great USP for such a small cost, enabling us to grow remarkably quickly.”
