A new Member System is also being piloted which is a free web-based version of Office-Net, available through the member Extranets, for inputting client and policy details replacing the current paper-based New Business Advice form.
As well as providing an easy way of looking up basic client and policy details, Members will be able to produce their own Accounts and Commission Statements, and obtain ‘real time’ information on commission received in the current pay period. From Office-Net, Members will also be able to link directly to Exweb, where client information will be pre-populated, to produce quotes and then go on to submit electronic applications – all saving keying time and overall administration effort, and so freeing up time for advice.
