The site allows borrowers and vendors the opportunity to buy or sell property online. The site now has around 10,000 homes nationwide on its site, which allows vendors to write their own advertisements, upload up to seven photographs per property.
Potential purchasers can enter their requirements and then receive an email when a suitably matched home comes onto the market.
Robert Raines, director of Propertytrackers, said: "There are many conventional websites catering for large groups of estate agents; with most, however, vendors still incur the traditional associated costs and purchasers do become bored with out-of-date house details."
