The functionality means that brokers can now register as a new introducer, amend existing contact details, or request additional payment routes, quickly and simply via its website. The process, which replaces the old paper-based system, will significantly speed up registration. Brokers will be able to submit business within two working days of registering.
Jack Saxton, managing director of Halifax Intermediaries said: "Brokers have told us that this functionality will make it much easier to do business with us. Helping brokers is our main aim. This is just one in a programme of ongoing initiatives designed to help our intermediary partners."
