Manchester based Pannone LLP is joined by Hay & Kilner whose offices are in Newcastle upon Tyne and Fidler & Pepper in Mansfield.
All three firms strengthen the regional emphasis of the panel and according to OpenConvey’s managing director Steve Maine, demonstrates the care with which OC appoints new conveyancing firms.
He said: "Although we are growing the panel, OC is unique among its peers in limiting its panel to only those firms who share our belief in service and whose geographical position complements the needs of our introducers. Our panel is very small in comparison with some competitors as we have always understood that intermediaries want to be sure that the conveyancer they choose to work with really understands the service ethic that we espouse."
Colin Sim, Partner at Hay & Kilner commented "We are delighted to be joining the OC Panel. They have a refreshing attitude to the business of conveyancing introductions and we are looking forward to working with their intermediary members."
